Hey there!
I'm Allison, but most know me as "Allie". I'm a wife, Christian, photographer, and lover of all of life's big and little moments. I live in Williamstown, WV with my husband and our sweet fur babies. I shoot a little bit of everything but my specialty is capturing families, milestones, toddlers, lifestyle, and any sweet little unexpected moments life throws my way. I've had a passion for photography for as long as I can remember. One of my favorite things to do as a child was to look through old photo albums. There's something so special about seeing your grandparent's, parent's, etc. life through photographs of a time before you existed. I always felt like I was catching up on everything in their lives before I was around, and was always mesmerized by learning everyone's story and seeing what they looked like in all of the stages of their lives.
The older I got, the more I started noticing I had a knack for storytelling and capturing life's special moments for future generations to reminisce. I've always been able to find magic in every day moments, and capturing them comes naturally to me, and never feels like I'm "working". I truly love my job and pour my heart and creativity into every session to ensure I'll get memories to be cherished for many years to come. I primarily use natural light for almost all of my sessions. There's nothing sweeter than capturing families interacting and having fun together with some gorgeous sun beams shining down on them. I like to capture natural interactions and personalities of the families I capture. I will give you some pointers, prompts, etc. while working with you to make these things come naturally. My sessions are laid back, fun, and sometimes feel like an adventure (especially if you have little ones). I do everything I can to prepare you for your session and make it a fun memorable session. I would love to meet you and tell your families unique story through photographs.
